Delivery Times
Within Cumbria, Lakes Kiln Dried Logs will deliver Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Outside of Cumbria including Southern Scotland and Lancashire, Lakes Kiln Dried Logs will outsource delivery and our courier will call to arrange delivery. We will always try and accomerdate to your needs by arrange deliverty times to suit you.
Delivery Area
We operate within a local delivery area, which includes Cumbria, Lancashire and Southern Scotland. We deliver further afield when it is eco-friendly to do so at our convenience and discretion. We encourage anyone outside of our delivery area to call us, because if we can deliver to two customers on one journey our carbon footprint is greatly reduced.
Access to Property
When ordering, please let us know if you have any access issues we need to be aware of, or if you would like us to move or stack logs for you please call, we can usually accommodate this for a small charge.
Carbon Footprint
Reducing our carbon footprint is at the heart of what we do – so we may call and ask if we can combine your order with another nearby to reduce delivery journeys and fuel costs.

Our HETAS / Woodsure +Plus accreditation means that we are regularly audited to ensure that our wood is sourced locally, sustainable and our products produced to a high standard and guaranteed moisture content. Returns Policy
If you are not happy with our products or service please contact us in writing or by email within 48 hours of collection or delivery. We will investigate the issue and will do what we can to rectify any justifiable complaint.
